Terms of Service – The Social Vilâge

Welcome to The Social Vilâge. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or engaging with our community, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Eligibility

  • Events are open to guests aged 18+.

  • By attending, you confirm that you are able to participate responsibly and respectfully.

2. Community Standards

  • The Social Vilâge is built on warmth, respect, and connection. We expect all guests to uphold this spirit.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Tickets & Access

  • Tickets are personal and grant entry to a specific event only.

  • Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for promotional purposes without written permission from The Social Vilâge.

  • All ticket purchases are final and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • The Social Vilâge reserves the right to make changes to programming, timing, or location where necessary.

  • In cases of cancellation or rescheduling, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

5. Membership vs. Non-Members

  • These Terms apply to all non-members and single-event guests (including when memberships are closed).

  • Separate terms and privileges may apply to members.

6. Liability & Risk

  • Attendance and participation are at your own risk. The Social Vilâge accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or damages sustained in connection with our events.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.

7. Photography & Media Release

  • By attending, you grant The Social Vilâge the right to capture, use, and publish photos or videos of the event for promotional and archival purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our team in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All event concepts, materials, and branding are the exclusive property of The Social Vilâge.

  • Guests may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use our brand or content without written consent.

9. Code of Conduct

  • The Social Vilâge is an intentional space. We ask all participants to arrive on time, respect the program flow, and contribute positively to the shared atmosphere.

  • Guests who fail to comply may be refused entry or asked to leave.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy.
