Return & Refund Policy – The Social Vilâge

Every seat at The Social Vilâge is intentionally limited and highly sought-after. A ticket isn’t just an entry. It’s your place within a carefully curated gathering that others are waiting to be part of. Because of this, all non-member and single-event ticket sales (including when memberships are closed) are final and non-refundable.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Your Seat is Reserved

    • Tickets are final sale. We cannot offer refunds or monetary exchanges, no matter the circumstance. Each ticket secures a space that is part of a limited, intimate design.

  2. Transfers & Date Changes

    • If you know you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another event date — provided you let us know at least 7 days in advance.

    • This allows us to invite someone from our waitlist and preserve the flow of the event.

    • Requests within 7 days cannot be accommodated; your seat will be forfeited and cannot be reassigned.

  3. Weather & Unexpected Changes

    • Our events proceed rain or shine. If conditions shift, the experience will be adapted — but refunds will not be issued.

    • For circumstances beyond our control (e.g. travel strikes, government restrictions), the same policy applies.

  4. If We Cancel

    • In the unlikely event The Social Vilâge cancels without rescheduling, guests may be offered a credit toward a future experience. Refunds are not provided.

  5. Photos & Belongings

    • Attendance implies consent to photography and videography, which we may use to capture the beauty of our shared moments.

    • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Why This Policy Exists
Because our events are intimate and capacity is strictly limited, each ticket is a valuable place in The Social Vilâge. Once claimed, it cannot simply be returned — it represents your seat in something special. Many others are eager to step into that space, which is why early notice (7 days) is the only way we can re-open it.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, and you confirm your place in an exclusive circle that others would love to join.
